Location: New Zealand - South Island

Work Arrangement: Monday to Friday – 4 days across clinics in the region, 1 day working from home

The role

An opportunity exists for a driven and enthusiastic individual to join our sales leadership team to support our clinics across the South Island of New Zealand to transform the way Australians and New Zealanders experience hearing care.

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will coach and mentor our clinic staff to deliver the best service to our clients and drive results by building partnerships and customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

  • Drive sales revenue growth within allocated clinic network area
  • Create a customer-focused sales culture
  • Engage the sales team to create alignment and accountability
  • Leverage cross-functional partnerships to optimize process and operational efficiencies, training and employment support
  • Promote safety & wellbeing

What we are looking for

  • Consumer sales experience
  • Proven track record of managing and meeting KPIs
  • Experience using sales data and analytics to generate insights and make important decisions that affect sales
  • Working with and leading remote teams across multiple sites
  • Building and maintaining effective relationships with external and internal stakeholders
  • Building and leading high-performance teams (including coaching & developing, performance management)
  • Intermediate knowledge of software applications required in role (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Basic business and financial knowledge
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication and influential skills
  • Australian Driver Licence

Applicants must be Australian or New Zealand citizens, permanent residents, or hold valid working rights in Australia or New Zealand to be considered for this role.
