Recruitment Coordinator- 6 Months Fixed Term
About the role
We're looking for a proactive and organised Recruitment Coordinator to join our fun, supportive, and well-established team on a 6-month fixed-term contract.
This role will provide key coordination support to our Allied Health and Nursing Recruitment Partners, helping us deliver a seamless recruitment experience across our busy clinical portfolios.
You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment where initiative is valued, and you'll be supported to contribute to process improvements and candidate care.
You'll be working alongside two experienced recruiters and have the autonomy to shape your day-to-day work while being part of an exciting time in health.
Key responsibilities include:
Supporting recruiters with candidate search activity, phone screening, and reference checks
Acting as the first point of contact for candidate queries via phone and email
Managing job applications and communications within our recruitment system
Coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers
General recruitment-related administration and system up keep
About You
We're looking for someone who's passionate about
manaaki hauora (health care)
and wants to make a meaningful contribution.
You'll enjoy engaging with candidates, working independently, and juggling multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Skills and experience:
Proven experience in high-volume recruitment or administration
Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly
Strong problem-solving skills and initiative
Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems
Passion for delivering quality service and supporting others
