Recruitment Consultant
MLT Plymouth Branch • Full-time • £23-28k + bonus
MLT Recruitment are looking to expand the recruitment team in our Plymouth city centre offices.
There are various opportunities for those who have already gained experience in the recruitment industry or those with a sales background who would like to branch into recruitment and train alongside our experienced consultants.
As part of the placement team, you will be required to offer recruitment services to our existing client base.
The right candidate will be tasked with sourcing and engaging with suitable candidates, carrying out interviews before matching them with relevant job roles.

What are we looking for?
A proven recruiter or sales individual with:
Minimum of 2 years experience of working within a recruitment agency or sales environment.
Ideally have experience of sourcing and matching candidates to various roles.
The ability to work under pressure.
Excellent attention to detail.
Proficient in writing job adverts and specs.
Experienced in head hunting and candidate engagement.
