You should be an experienced recruitment Business Development Manager (BDM) with expertise in temporary recruitment and BDM activities.
The role offers flexibility across Auckland and Waikato and can be full-time or part-time.
About You
You have a strong track record of BDM achievements in recruitment and are a self-starter with a can-do attitude.
Experience in B2B solution selling and cold calling.
Excellent time management, communication skills (verbal and written), negotiation, and numerical skills.
Professional appearance and attitude, highly motivated, and eager for challenges.

Strategic thinker capable of identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities.
