We combine the warmth of a family-focused clinic with the support of New Zealand's largest dental network.Now, we're looking for a friendly and detail-orientedReceptionist/Dental Assistantto join us part-time, Monday to Thursday, from 9am to 1pm.About the RoleHow you'll make an impactAs the first point of contact for our patients, you'll be the friendly face who sets the tone for their entire experience.
You'll balance reception and administrative duties with support for our clinical team, helping to keep the day running smoothly and professionally.Your day-to-day will include:Greeting and assisting patients warmly in person and over the phoneScheduling and confirming appointments, managing recalls, and handling paymentsPerforming administrative tasks such as banking and reschedulingAssisting with sterilisation processes and supporting the clinical team as neededMaintaining accurate, confidential patient recordsContributing to a well-organised, collaborative, and efficient practice environmentWe're looking for someone with a warm, professional attitude and a team-first mindset.
