Job description

Based in offices on Vogel Street, the heart of Dunedin's Warehouse Precinct you'll be a short walk to some fantastic eateries, but that's not all! You'll also work within a friendly and dynamic team that supports key internal stakeholders.

You will report to the Receivables and Credit Manager and work alongside the wider receivables & credit team.


This permanent full-time role is responsible for the preparation of data + reports along with the administrative support for credit management and some core accounts receivables activities.


If you naturally have an eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities, looking to grow, develop, have fun then this role is for you.


What the role involves:


  • Prepare data required for credit committee meetings
  • Provide administrative support of major accounts and data entry for Credit Approval Processes
  • Allocate customer payments
  • Monitor a busy shared inbox
  • Action incoming requests for write offs, refunds, and interest reversals in line with our delegated levels of authority

  •  What you'll bring to the team: 


  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Experience in an Accounts Receivable, Administration or Customer Service role
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills with high accuracy, efficiency and attention to detail
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Some experience in minute taking would be advantageous, but not essential
