Responsibilities
Lead pre-construction assessments, manage pricing and tender processes, and prepare competitive submissions
Scope and price variations; negotiate with subcontractors and clients
Maintain accurate contract documentation and produce timely financial reports
Manage post-construction follow-up activities
Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships (internal and external)
Qualifications
5+ years of Quantity Surveying experience, ideally in both residential and commercial environments
Strong commercial acumen and a track record of delivering high-quality outcomes
Relevant Quantity Surveying qualification preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience working with main contractors is a plus
Proven ability to manage budgets, meet deadlines, and influence stakeholders
