Overview

Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor ready to take ownership of your own projects and build long-term client relationships?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected consultancy in Waikato, delivering high-quality services across commercial and industrial sectors.

This firm is well-established, with a strong portfolio of ongoing and upcoming work, and is looking for a capable Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to step into a pivotal role.

The Role

You'll be responsible for running projects independently, managing cost planning and procurement through to final accounts.

You'll also act as a key point of contact for clients and stakeholders, so being comfortable in a client-facing role is essential.

This position offers the autonomy and trust suited to someone with solid experience and the maturity to deliver confidently, while still growing their career in a supportive, collaborative environment.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone ideally with:

  • 5-10 years of PQS / consultancy experience
  • A solid track record delivering commercial and industrial projects
  • Proven experience running jobs from concept to completion
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
