Overview
Construction and Technical Recruitment (CTR) continues to partner with some of New Zealand's most respected construction and engineering consultancies.
We are now recruiting for a well-established PQS (Professional Quantity Surveying) practice.
This firm boasts a strong leadership team, a vibrant work culture, and a clear growth trajectory.
They're now looking to bring on board an intermediate or senior-level Quantity Surveyor who is passionate about their work and ready to take the next step in their career.

What We're Looking For
5+ years post-qualification experience, preferably within a consultancy environment
Strong knowledge of pre-contract functions, including:
Cost estimating from concept to tender
Feasibility studies
Procurement and contract advice
Tendering and value engineering
Any experience with bank funding/drawdown reporting is a plus (training will be provided if needed).
Project Experience
You'll need to have experience working on commercial property projects valued at $2 million and above.
If you also have exposure to civil or infrastructure developments, be sure to highlight this in your application—these skills are in high demand as the company has some projects in the pipeline.
