Key duties include monitoring product quality, collecting customer feedback, generating detailed quality reports, identifying areas for improvement, fostering strong cross-departmental relationships, and upholding rigorous quality standards.
This position involves close collaboration across teams to enhance quality and streamline efficiencies throughout the product lifecycle.

WHAT YOU'LL GET TO DO:Establish and oversee quality processes for product development and manufacturing.Create and implement inspection procedures and analyse metrics to drive improvements.Align quality systems across engineering, manufacturing, and operations.Lead root cause analysis, corrective actions, and system audits.Recommend initiatives to enhance product and system quality.Offer expertise in quality assurance and training while addressing customer concerns.Break down tasks, plan, estimate, and cut scope to ship on time.YOU'LL BRING THESE QUALIFICATIONS:A degree of Science or Engineering or similar field3-5 years industry experience, ideally from the Aerospace, Automotive, Mechatronics or Marine industriesKnowledge of DFMEA, PFMEA, 8D, DFM, QC ToolsTHESE QUALIFICATIONS WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE:Relevant experience in Aerospace Industry, such as assembly, test and integration.WHAT TO EXPECTWe're on a mission to unlock the potential of space to improve life on Earth, but that's not an easy task.
