What you'll do
Lead and inspire a high-performing QC team to deliver accurate, compliant, and on-time analytical results.Champion a collaborative, One-Douglas culture that drives teamwork, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.Build technical and leadership capability, coaching Team Leaders to achieve excellence in performance and compliance.Oversee analytical testing across chromatography, wet chemistry, dissolution, and microbiology, ensuring quality and regulatory standards are met.Partner with QC Technical teams on method development, validation, and transfer activities.Optimise resources and workflows to meet testing schedules efficiently and accurately.Uphold the highest cGMP, GLP, and data integrity (ALCOA+) standards, supporting audits and driving compliance excellence.What you'll bring
A Master's degree in Analytical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field — and a passion for quality and precision.7+ years' experience in a GMP/GLP environment, including 5+ years leading high-performing teams.Demonstrate true leadership- self-motivated, collaborative, and able to inspire others to deliver their bestA confident communicator and problem-solver who thrives on innovation and continuous improvement.Strong organisational flair, resilience, and emotional intelligence, with a natural ability to inspire others.Sharp technical expertise, a customer-first mindset, and the drive to make things happen.Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office; project management skills are a bonus.Why join us?
