Quality Administrator Job Opening In Auckland – Now Hiring Healthvision


Job description

OverviewHealthvision is a leading provider of specialist Homecare, Community Nursing and Rehabilitation services throughout New Zealand.
We pride ourselves in working closely with our Service Users, families, and Whanau to best understand their holistic needs and provide a comprehensive wraparound service to maximise their independence.As part of our continued growth, we are excited to introduce a new opportunity for a Quality Administrator to join the team.
In this role, you will support the Quality Lead in maintaining and improving Healthvision's Quality Management Systems (QMS), ensuring compliance with all relevant standards.This is a permanent full-time (40 hrs) position based in our Head Office (Greenlane, Auckland).
ResponsibilitiesManaging relevant quality documentation within required timeframes and alignment with quality policies and proceduresProcessing internal audits, ensuring adherence to audit schedules and QMS standardsKeeping records up to date and ensuring accuracy and timely collection of data across key areas of service deliverySupporting quality-related processes, coordinating training workshops, and providing administrative support for quality improvement initiativesMonitoring and assisting with complaints, feedback and escalations in accordance with internal policies and risk thresholdsProviding high-standard customer service to all stakeholders, involvement in the health and safety procedures, completing internal audits and continuous improvement supportQualificationsYou are a detail-oriented and professional administrator who brings strong communication skills and a proactive approach to your work.
