Responsibilities
Perform quality control testing (microbiological, sensory, analytical, or physical) on raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.
Conduct environmental and water quality monitoring for production areas.
Manage retained samples, testing schedules, and lab documentation.
Support investigations for non-conformances and customer complaints.
Conduct analytical testing using GCMS and other laboratory instruments.
Compound flavours according to formulas and prepare samples for QC and client evaluation.
Ensure lab equipment calibration, maintenance, and compliance with ISO****, ISO*****, 5S, and OSHAS ***** standards.
Qualifications
Requirement:
Diploma or Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or related disciplines.
Prior experience in the flavour or food manufacturing industry preferred.
GCMS experience is an advantage (for Lab Analyst role).
Must have no food allergies or dietary restrictions (for flavour-handling roles).
Able to start immediately or within short notice
