You'll lead operational planning and coordination, ensuring services are delivered safely, efficiently, and in alignment with community needs and organisational goals.You'll work closely with contractors, operators, and internal teams to resolve challenges, improve service delivery, and support continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesLeading operational delivery for events and cruise ship servicesCoordinating contractors and resources for tailored transport servicesSupporting service reviews and business improvement initiativesAssisting with procurement and contract negotiationsProviding insights and reporting on service performanceThe nature of the role will require flexibility in days of work and hours.
