    This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

    This role will have flexible start and end times to suit your needs.


    This role will be based in our Auckland office and will involve working across the region.


    We’re looking for a Property Procurement Specialist who will support the growth and sustainment of LinkPeople’s residential property portfolio.

    In this role, you will build strong relationships with landlords, developers, government agencies and other key partners to secure affordable, healthy homes that are fit-for-purpose.

    You will lead property onboarding, negotiate leases, and create long-term housing solutions that support individuals and whānau to thrive.

    You will have:


  • At least 5 years’ experience in the property sector – ., property management and/or property development
  • Thorough understanding of the Property Law Act, Residential Tenancies Act including Healthy Homes regulations
  • Exceptional attention to detail, including with documentation such as leases and tenancy agreements.
  • Confident communicator and relationship builder, quickly establishing credibility.
  • In depth knowledge of Microsoft Office Products including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams.
  • Familiarity with Zavanti is preferred, but not required.
  • Knowledge of and commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi principles and working with Māori.
  • Be prepared to travel across New Zealand as required.
  • A clean, full driver’s license
