OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Project Engineer to join the planning & development team.
This role offers a stimulating opportunity to become part of a team, where you will oversee the technical aspects of projects for upgrades and renewals to Council's water and sewerage infrastructure, including pump stations, pipelines and treatment plants projects.
Ensuring they are delivered on schedule, within budget, and meet the highest quality and safety standards.ResponsibilitiesProviding technical and operational support to ensure smooth deliveryCollaborating with cross-functional teams to develop project plans and schedulesInterpreting and implementing technical drawings and specificationsMonitoring project costs, quality, safety, and progressEnsuring projects adhere to all relevant budgets, standards and regulationsConsultations with affected landowners and public stakeholdersSupporting the design and development of new solutionsContinuous improvement of project management processes and proceduresYou will take ownership of project delivery from planning through to completion, working closely with site teams, subcontractors, consultants and clients.What we offerA great benefits package (including life and income protection insurance, health insurance, enhanced leave and superannuation, and relocation support where applicable).
A Salary range of $101,000 to $113,000 per annum (this will depend on the knowledge, skills and experience you have to offer).
