We are looking for a skilled and motivated Project Scheduler to join our team in Auckland.

This role will primarily support our upcoming Solar Power Plant EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) project in New Zealand.

As a Project Scheduler, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining schedules, monitoring project timelines, and ensuring that construction projects stay on track, on time, and within budget.

Location: Auckland, New Zealand

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and update project schedules for solar EPC projects.

  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to track project progress.

  • Identify potential delays or risks and suggest corrective actions to ensure project success.

  • Work with cross‑functional teams to ensure milestones are met.

  • Provide regular reports and updates to management on project timelines, progress, and forecasts.

  • Ensure compliance with project timelines, quality, and safety standards.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a project scheduler in construction or EPC projects (preferably in the solar energy sector).

  • Strong knowledge of scheduling software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar tools.

  • Ability to interpret construction schedules, resource plans, and progress reports.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and remotely while collaborating effectively with a distributed team.

  • Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Knowledge of the New Zealand construction industry and its regulations is a plus.
