Job description

Wellington, New Zealand | Posted on 06/25/2025

At The Monster Group , we help Australians save big on essentials — electricity, internet, insurance, and more — through high-performance teams, content that connects, and tech that scales.

We’re expanding fast, and need a Project Manager who thrives at the center of it all.

You’ll be the connector between teams: sales, marketing, recruitment, our social media engine, and our AI/data science crew.

If you can juggle timelines, keep chaos at bay, and move people from “idea” to “execution” — this one’s for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead end-to-end project delivery across sales campaigns, social launches, and AI/automation initiatives

Drive the execution of our cross-platform content strategy — making sure TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook posts align with goals and land on time

Coordinate with our Data Scientist and AI Developers to integrate tools that enhance call compliance, lead quality, and campaign targeting

Set and manage timelines, assign owners, monitor progress, and keep deliverables on track

Run async updates and regular check-ins across AU, PH, and SA teams

Build out scalable processes in tools like Zoho Projects, Notion, or Trello

Translate leadership goals into executable project roadmaps

Maintain radical transparency through regular reporting and updates

With Social Media : Align campaign launches and creative approvals, manage content calendars, track metrics, and optimize workflows

With Data Science & AI : Help deploy AI-based tools for transcription analysis, sales compliance, and customer segmentation

With Sales & Recruitment : Ensure hiring campaigns and bill-gathering drives are resourced, supported, and tracked effectively

You’ll Thrive Here If You...

Are a structured thinker with the flexibility to adapt fast

Love managing timelines, people, and processes in equal measure

Know how to communicate across time zones and work styles

Can speak “tech” and “sales” and “creative” without skipping a beat

Are obsessed with getting things done — fast and right

Requirements

5+ years in a project management, ops, or delivery role

Experience coordinating marketing campaigns or digital launches

Familiarity with task boards, content pipelines, and agile workflows

Comfortable with AU business hours (some overlap essential)

Bonus Points

Experience with cross-channel content delivery and analytics

Exposure to AI/data-led initiatives — even better if you've helped deploy tools

Hands-on with Zoho Projects, Notion, Slack, ClickUp, Trello, or similar (Zoho Preferred)

Background in sales ops, martech, or B2B campaigns

  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Pay: $80,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
