Your key responsibilities will include:Planning and managing construction projects from initiation to completionCoordinating contractors ensuring high quality and efficiencyMonitoring and reporting on project progressManaging all project budgets and resourcesVariance reportingRisk identification and mitigationEnsuring H&S, design specification and building code complianceWe would like to hear from applicants with proven experience in project management, preferably in both residential and commercial construction.
In addition, you will demonstrate:Competency with interpreting construction plans, drawings and specificationsSolid understanding of NZ Building Code requirementsImpressive organisational and time management abilityFamiliarity with budgeting and resource allocationExperience with project management tools and softwareProven problem-solving skillsThe ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyA collaborative and adaptable approachA detail oriented and results driven focusThis family-owned business offers a great team culture, the ability to continue learning and the possibility of career advancement.
