Identify and actively mitigate project risks and blockers, assisting with problem-solving and escalating issues only when necessary.
Take a hands-on approach to client and account management, acting as a trusted advisor to ensure long-term customer success and responsiveness, including overseeing timely support responses.
Manage budgets and timelines with both our team and clients, identifying areas where scope has changed and setting expectations with clients.
Champion creative and innovative solutions, actively challenging project norms when a better path to delivery is available.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and our customers.
Manage customer invoicing related to your projects.
Requirements
A proactive, hands-on Project Manager who thrives in the driver's seat and won't just monitor progress.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal soft skills with a commitment to continuous self-improvement.
Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise language for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex software projects.

A flat team structure that emanates lots of positive energy.
Dedicated professional development budget and structured soft skills training to sharpen your leadership edge.
Regular social events, 'Fun Food Fridays,' a fully stocked kitchen with great coffee, fresh fruit, and a well-stocked beer/non-alcoholic fridge.
