This position requires exposure and experience to manage Project Delivery & the relevant Support Activities, for the scope under Channels, Document Mgmt, and Forms & Workflow.Role & ResponsibilitiesProject DeliveryManage project planning, strategy, objectives, policies, and fundingConduct detailed domain analysis to derive insights for effective work stream planningAnticipate operational issues and develop creative strategies to address themCommunicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders in a team environmentBuild partnerships with stakeholders and manage their expectationsService OperationsEnsure efficient delivery and optimization of operational processes while maintaining qualityImplement new processes as a subject matter expert in technology/business domainsLead recovery efforts for service health issues affecting performanceDrive the Service Operations Team with strong leadership and management skillsDevelop proposals for funding initiatives and ensure compliance with policiesRequirementsDegree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalentAt least 6 to 8 years relevant working experienceSuccessful track record in Project Management, User and Vendor Management and leading large-scale projectsSuccessful track record in Service Operations ManagementGood oral and written communication skills as well as good presentation skills with ability to conduct presentations comfortably to large group and senior managementStrong relationship building, interpersonal skills and leadership, able to work independently as well as in a teamExperience in healthcare industry is an added advantage
