The Company
Redpath Partners are proud to partner with a well-established, national client-side project management consultancy experiencing sustained growth and a steady pipeline of upcoming work.

Known for delivering high-quality outcomes across commercial, industrial, education, aviation, aged care, high-rise and fit-out projects, this consultancy offers a stable platform for career growth.

Due to continued demand and strong industry positioning they are now looking to appoint both Project Manager and Senior Project Manager to join their high performing Auckland office.

The Role
You’ll work across the full project lifecycle – from concept to completion – representing the client's interests while supporting the delivery of high-quality built environment outcomes.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the delivery of projects from early-stage design through to handover
  • Managing project scope, cost, and programme
  • Supporting procurement and tender processes
  • Coordinating with external consultants and contractors
  • Managing stakeholder relationships and maintaining strong communication
  • Supporting consent and design processes
  • Working closely with the Project Directors and greater leadership team

Requirements
You’ll bring 5+ years of relevant experience as a Project Manager or 8+ years as a Senior Project Manager within a consultancy setting across vertical construction projects.

Key requirements:

  • Experience with a NZ or AUS based project management consultancy (delivering vertical construction)
  • Exposure to a diverse range of project sectors
  • High level of communication skills, proven collaborative ability with demonstrated skills in leading negotiations with multiple stakeholders
  • Preference is a proven track record in Project Management overseeing projects throughout the complete project life cycle
  • Strong knowledge of NZ Building Standards and the tendering process
  • Degree-qualified in Construction Management or a related field
  • Driven and eager to grow into future senior positions
