Are you an experienced Project Manager in Kitchens & Interiors looking for a new challenge with a leading brandin a unique position of growth?
LivSpace is a national interiors supply and installation business delivering end-to-end solutions to the residential and construction sector.

Due to growing business demand, LivSpace is expanding its operation into theCanterbury regionleveraging CARTERS' extensive customer network of developers, independent builders and Group Home customers.
This exciting move marks a significant step in LivSpace and CARTERS becoming a one-stop destination for end-to-end interiors offering (flooring and kitchens) and construction solutions.
To spearhead this new integrated offering, we're looking for a
Project Manager Kitchens
based in Christchurchwho will collaborate with CARTERS' Account Managers in the field who have established relationships and connections across our national branch network.
As the Project Manager Kitchens you will aim to deliver high-qualitykitchens as well as other tailored interior spaces including laundriesand wardrobes,strengthening LivSpace's position in the interior supply and install business.
Working with LivSpace's dedicated design team, you will divide your time between meeting customers in the LivSpace showroom and meeting customers onsite or in their homes.
You willproject manage customer's needs and expectations from inception to completion of the project, scheduling and coordinating withmanufacturing and installers to ensure a smooth workflow.
The ideal candidate will have a joinery background with a proven track record in project management, established connectionswithinstallersand is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
The key functions for this role includes:
Working closely with clients to understand their requirements and preferences tailored to their needs
Lising with customers to scope the project and budget
Create proposals and negotiate contracts including project deliverables and timelines
Working with Account Managers, kitchen designers, manufacturingand installers
Delivering an outstanding client experience, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the consultation, quoting and install process
Skills & Experience:
A sound understanding & working knowledge across all areas of kitchens
Technically capable, understands products and installation
Sound measuring, quantifying & pricing experience
Strong communication skills, ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
Project management experience - organised, detailed with exceptional time management & multitasking abilities.
A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
