We look for like-minded, excellent operators and agile thinkers, known for being great at what they do.The jobWe are seeking a Project Manager to join our Dunedin team, to project manage a variety of residential and commercial projects.With the support of the Breen team, the successful candidate will be able to hit the ground running, as you manage the end-to-end lifecycle of projects.
This includes coordinating people and processes to ensure that work is delivered on time and to budget without compromising quality.
You'll be capable of running multiple projects at a time and will be the go-to person for everything involving each project's organization and timeline.What you'll need to succeedIdeally a minimum of 3+ years experience as a Project Manager in the construction industryProven experience managing all aspects of a job including financials, programming, quality control, understanding drawings and details, subcontractor management and H&S documentationAn analytical and logical approach to organizing and carrying out your workGood oral and written communication skillsPersonal drive, initiative, and a natural curiosity to understand and solve problemsCapable of working in a fast-paced environment with multiple ongoing projectsStrong understanding of the H&S at Work ActThe ability to read and interpret technical drawings and good numeracyAbility to work as part of a team, but confident when working independently and unsupervisedStrong computer skills (MS Office Suite) and ability to learn new technology quickly.
