The Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager with five-plus years' relevant New Zealand-based experience to join our vibrant team in Tauranga.
As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in project delivery, taking ownership of key aspects of projects and engaging directly with clients.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
You will work as part of a team managing the delivery of projects to fully satisfy client needs and expectations alongside our internal processes.
Experience in vertical or horizontal build environment through design, procurement and contract management phases.
Ability to manage day to day project requirements with Senior oversight as required, through clear direction, strong verbal and written communication, chairing and minuting regular meetings, encouraging and supporting the team to achieve deliverables.
Proactively identifies and addresses risks and issues to minimize and mitigate impact to the projects.
Thinks ahead and plans for the success of their project.
Creates and implements plans and strategies at a project level to achieve goals.
Manages the delivery of projects to fully satisfy client needs and expectations.
Proactively manages the client expectations and relationship.
Problem solver.
Knowledge and basic application of NZS********* contracts.
Clear concise communicator (written and verbal) and an excellent listener, able to connect with a broad range of people, and amend communication style to suit the audience.
Professional approach, manner and presentation
Eager to learn and acquire new skills, actively engaged in developing your career.
