Ventia provides an integrated full Facilities Maintenance, outcomes-based service solution to Auckland City Council including open space, hard and soft services under a hybrid self-delivered and sub-contracted partnership model.Reporting to the Construction Manager, the Project Manager will lead and oversee projects from initiation to completion.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong leadership skills, and is passionate about delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.Civil Engineering Diploma/Degree OR Trade background7 year's construction experience in Project Management, including tracking and planning projectsStrong communicator – confident presenting, reporting and negotiatingEnsure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocolsMonitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategiesManage project documentation, including contracts, specifications, and change ordersFoster strong relationships with clients, vendors and subcontractorsDiversityVentia is enriched by the diverse experiences, talents and cultures that our people bring to the organisation, while celebrating and respecting the communities we operate in.
