We do this by designing, building and managing mobile sites across the country for telecommunications providers (like Spark and 2degrees) to expand their coverage efficiently and sustainably.
Our tower portfolio of 2,500 covers Cape Reinga to Bluff and is the largest in New Zealand.We are now looking for a skilled Project Manager to join our fast-growing team in New Zealand's telecommunications passive infrastructure sector.
As a provider of critical mobile infrastructure, our mission is to deliver a robust network that supports the needs of mobile network operators and deliver a better connected digital Aotearoa.
In this role, you will join a tower delivery team that manages volume projects to roll out new mobile tower installations and upgrades across the country.In your capacity as Project Manager, you will be responsible for the entire project lifecycle, from initiation through to closure alongside a Deployment Engineer and Property Acquisition Manager.
This includes budget management, stakeholder coordination, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.Your lean and continuous improvement focus will help us do things better, more efficiently and faster.

Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end project delivery for mobile infrastructure projects, ensuring milestones are met within budget and time constraintsCollaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to develop comprehensive project plans and strategiesEngage with stakeholders to communicate project goals, updates, and outcomes effectivelyConduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptionsEnsure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout the project lifecycleRequirementsStrong experience as a Project Manager in infrastructure, construction, or telecom environmentsSolid understanding of lean or continuous improvementProven ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlinesExpertise in project management methodologies and toolsSolid understanding of civil engineering principles and practicesExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsStrong analytical skills and attention to detail in managing project budgets and resourcesWillingness to travel as necessary (usually day trips)Valid driver's license and access to a vehicleBenefitsIn return for your efforts, you will be rewarded with a competitive salary, Southern Cross health insurance, life insurance, marram holidays as well as an annual wellbeing day.Working at Connexa will challenge you, broaden your skillset and give you the opportunity to make your mark on a totally new segment of New Zealand's telecommunications industry.To express your interest APPLY online today!
