We also have a great team of developing project managers that you can share your knowledge and experience with to support them and their growth.Due to growth and demand, we are in need of an exceptional and driven Project Manager to join and grow our Auckland team for the delivery of a range of projects across the regions.
These projects could be across a broad range of sectors including (but not limited to) education, residential development, subdivisions, commercial development, retirement, tertiary etc.
In this role, you will ensure that the delivery of our projects run smoothly and your responsibilities include being able to deliver the client's vision and proactively managing project issues.
You will be adept at identifying potential development risks early and utilising the collective knowledge of your stakeholders to resolve them.
You will be expected to contribute to the management, leadership, business development and constant improvement of Rubix.Your experience must include the following:Successfully leading project teams at a senior levelStrong contract management administrationCommunication and interpersonal skills that are second to noneDemonstrated ability to deliver a completed projectEngineer to Contract and/or Engineers Representative experienceA willingness to assist with business development across the regionAwareness and encouragement of relationship building conversationsQualificationsA qualification in Project Management or equivalent5+ years of experience in a consultancy project management role or relevant fieldsProven experience working with and leading a project teamAbove all you will be passionate not only about what you do but how you do it, and you must be up for (and love!) a challenge from time to time, both on our projects and within our team.We understand that life outside of work is important, we have regular social team and family events and provide flexibility on working hours and locations where possible.
