It will be valuable if you have a thorough understanding and currency in the various NZ building codes and compliance requirements including AS/NZS 3000, Electricity (Safety) Regulations 2010, NZS 3910:2023At a personal level you will be delivery-focused and be able to multitask.
As well as having excellent written communication and interpersonal skills, you'll be self-motivated and be hands-on with a can-do attitude.
