Port Marlborough is embarking on a nationally significant infrastructure programme, and we’re looking for a skilled and motivated Project Engineer to help deliver it.
This is a fixed term role for the length of the project.
This role is your chance to be part of the new Ferry Development Project, a major initiative that will transform the gateway between the North and South Islands.
With new marine and landside infrastructure designed to accommodate the future Cook Strait ferries, this project offers scale, complexity, and purpose.
About the Role
This is a boots-on-the-ground, fast-paced role that will see you immersed in daily site activity, collaborating across internal teams and external consultants and contractors.
You'll support the project from concept to delivery, working on-site you’ll be ensuring that works are being completed and that relationships between stakeholders are being reinforced with positive communication and trust.
As a key player in the project team, you'll be the bridge between the design, construction, and operational outcomes, helping drive delivery while ensuring health, safety, and quality standards are met.
