The New Zealand Customs Service is seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Coordinator to support the delivery of the eGate Replacement Project—a strategic initiative upgrading biometric technology across New Zealand's international airports.This is a unique opportunity for an experienced project coordinator to support a busy team and contribute to a high-impact programme.RoleYou'll be part of a dynamic, collaborative team driving a foundational upgrade to New Zealand's border infrastructure.

This is a full-time fixed term position until June 2027.ResponsibilitiesCoordinating meetings, workshops, and governance sessionsManaging project documentation, registers, and communicationsSupporting travel bookings and deployment logisticsAssisting with financial administration, including purchase orders and invoicesLiaising with stakeholders, suppliers, and other agenciesProviding governance and software access supportAbout you | Ko wai koeWe are seeking applications from skilled and experienced project coordinators who can demonstrate the required expertise.
