The role
We're on the lookout for an
enthusiastic, driven, and service-oriented Project Coordinator
to join our team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives at the centre of activity - keeping projects and operations running smoothly, supporting our Engagement Directors, and helping drive innovation across the business.
Whether you're a recent graduate eager to learn or have a few years' experience in a project or administrative role, it's your positive attitude, energy, and commitment to excellence that will make you stand out.
This is a newly created and full-time permanent role based in Auckland.
The experience we're looking for:
You'll have at least 2-3 years' experience in project coordination, administration, or operations, and you know how to keep things moving smoothly behind the scenes.
Organisation is your superpower – whether it's reporting, scheduling, documentation, or keeping data squeaky clean across systems, you're on top of the detail.
You're the kind of person who loves being at the heart of a team, supporting senior leaders and helping projects run without a hitch.
You can juggle competing priorities, spot what needs doing before anyone asks, and keep milestones and communications on track.
Collaboration comes naturally, and you know how to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients alike.
You're also curious and forward-thinking.
If there's a smarter, more efficient way of working, you'll find it – especially when it comes to automation, AI, or clever use of tools.
Most of all, you thrive in a busy, people-focused environment and take real pride in being the glue that holds projects together.
What you'll be doing:
Project Administration:
Supporting activities such as commercial preparation, project reporting, documentation, timesheet approvals, and ensuring data integrity across systems.
Delivery & Support:
Coordinating smaller and hybrid engagements, while providing behind-the-scenes support for our Engagement Directors on larger projects and with key clients.
Driving Efficiency:
Collaborating with senior leaders and the wider team to leverage AI and automation, streamlining internal delivery processes and improving ways of working.
This is a great opportunity to be part of a collaborative environment where you'll play a pivotal role in keeping projects on track, enabling the team to deliver quality outcomes for our clients.
What's on offer?
Work in a company that has many complex, interesting, award-winning and market-leading projects.
There's plenty of variety in the role, giving you the opportunity to carve your own path within ClearPoint.
We offer competitive remuneration with a range of staff perks and benefits.
These include health insurance and subsidised gym memberships as well as access to massages, a dog- and kid-friendly head office, drinks and snacks, barista coffee, and lots of opportunity to take part in team sports and other events if you fancy.
At ClearPoint we support flexible working arrangements where appropriate that enable you to balance your work, life and passions.
We have a number of ways to help us all stay connected, regardless of where you're working from - Slack and Google Meet are key!
What you'll be working with (tech, tools and more!)
We have a BYOD policy at ClearPoint to allow you to utilise whatever tech takes your fancy.
For our permanent staff, we provide a yearly BYOD allowance and phone allowance, so you can choose the tech that best suits your needs.
All our permanent staff get an annual training and professional development budget for books, courses and conferences.
We also offer a range of lunch and learn sessions; community meet ups to foster networking and sharing of knowledge.
