As part of the SAP COE, the Planning and Contract team is responsible for planning and management of SAP demands, contract management, reporting and governance, optimising and ensuring compliance with SAP licenses, allowing usage with business needs while minimising costs and risks.Position OverviewAs part of the SAP COE, the Planning and Contract team is responsible for planning and management of SAP demands, contract management, reporting and governance, optimising and ensuring compliance with SAP licenses, allowing usage with business needs while minimising costs and risks.Role & ResponsibilitiesEngage Solution and Governance team and SMEs in roadmap planning for upcoming projectsOptimise license demand to improve commercial termsManage and administer SAP licenses, ensuring compliance with licensing agreementsOptimise license allocation, renewals and utilisation to control costs and manage audit readinessEnsure compliance with SAP licensing agreements and stay updated on licensing policiesWork with solution architects to align license procurement and cost optimisationStandardise contracting terms for consistencyTrack and maximise benefits from contracts and licenses (eg.
