As our Programme Manager Identity & Access, you will have accountabilities in two key areas: People & Programme Management
In this role, you'll be at the forefront of a dynamic and tech-savvy team within Digital Enterprise Services.
We're tackling some major challenges as we navigate through multi-year, complex service transitions.
Our journey involves a shift from legacy technologies to an exciting digital future, making your role pivotal.
Your main task?
Leading our fantastic team through this transformation, helping them embrace new ways of working, and broadening their career horizons from individual projects to broader programs.
We're also transitioning from traditional waterfall approaches to agile methods, from capital funding to operational expenditure, and striving for continuous delivery.
Your guidance and support will be essential in ensuring everyone's engagement and success during this transition.
But that's not all! You'll be making critical decisions on investments, timing, commitments, and execution across our digital technologies.
Breaking down barriers and overcoming challenges will be your daily adventure.
It's all about making the right choices at the right time and executing modern delivery methods effectively.
We're passionate about doing things right and breaking free from old habits.
Your role is key in driving programs, investments, and initiatives to do the right thing, not the easy thing.
We're simplifying our complex environment by adopting standardized methods and processes, freeing up resources and speeding up delivery.

Ensuring our systems and services are available and meet customer expectations is a top priority.
Your contributions will also play a significant role in our overall Data & Digital strategy, making sure we're always represented at the leadership table.

And let's not forget our equity objective - nationalising our digital platform investments to ensure fair access for smaller and rural locations in service development and deployments.
