We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Programme Coordinator to support the MSD - services for the future Transformation Programme.
This is a key role where you’ll be instrumental in ensuring the smooth delivery and governance of a diverse and impactful programme of work.
Reporting to the Director, Transformation Programme Office, the Programme Coordinator provides vital administrative, programme, and portfolio support to enable the successful delivery of the Programme.
This is a dynamic role that supports multiple projects and requires someone who can work both independently and collaboratively across a wide range of stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
As the Programme Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:
• Supporting programme planning, tracking, and reporting activities to ensure visibility and accountability.
• Producing programme reports for governance forums
• Supporting the use of project and programme tools and reviewing artefacts for quality and consistency (e.g. risk registers, performance reports).
• Maintaining robust information management systems.
• Leading the organisation of programme meetings – from scheduling and agenda-setting to minute-taking and action follow-up.
• Offering expert advice and guidance to Project Managers and project teams on MSD systems, policies, standards, and processes
• Ensuring documentation is accurate, timely, and aligned with best practice.
• Facilitating workshops and learning sessions to support knowledge-sharing and continuous improvement.
• Supporting control and assurance processes across the programme.

We’re looking for someone who:
• Has experience supporting complex programmes or projects.
• Is an expert user of Jira and Planview
• Has experience using Sharepoint
• Has experience working with project managers to write project reports
• Is highly organised, with exceptional attention to detail.
• Demonstrates initiative and can work independently with minimal supervision.
• Communicates confidently and builds strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Has a good understanding of project management tools, processes, and governance frameworks.
• Is comfortable navigating ambiguity and helping to embed best practices across a programme environment.
