OverviewProgramme Coordinator (Fixed Term until 31 July 2026)We are working through an unprecedented and complex period of change as we deliver a significant project to transition internal water services - including assets, service delivery and staff to a new operating model.
This programme represents a major organisational shift, requiring strong coordination, clear communication and a proactive approach to managing change.ResponsibilitiesSupport the Programme and Change Manager with accurate, timely and detail-focused assistance to ensure programme tasks are planned, tracked and delivered efficiently.Communicate clearly and professionally with stakeholders to build trust and keep everyone informed of progress.Coordinate meetings, manage follow-up actions and escalate emerging risks or issues promptly to support confident and informed decision-making.Prepare reports, maintain templates and format key programme documents, requiring a strong eye for detail and the ability to interpret data to produce meaningful insights that support the Programme Manager.Qualifications / ExperienceStrong coordination and proactive approach to managing change within fast-paced environments.Clear and professional communication with stakeholders and ability to build trust.Experience with meetings management, follow-up action tracking and reporting, and data-driven document formatting.EnquiriesThis is a unique opportunity to be part of a high impact project that will shape the future of water service delivery.
