About the Role
This exciting role is within the Starship Pathways and Outcomes programme which is an interdisciplinary team dedicated to designing equitable, innovative and sustainable ways of caring for tamariki and whānau of Aotearoa.

As a Programme Coordinator, you will assist the Programme Manager Pathways and Outcomes in all aspects of programme reporting, planning, comms and team management and administration.

This role contributes to the delivery of agreed outputs in all aspects of the programme on time and on budget utilising project management principles and methodology.
The Programme Coordinator assists the Programme Manager Tangata Tiriti and Programme Manager Tangata Whenua in all aspects of programme reporting, planning, communications, team management, and administration.

More specifically, the Programme Coordinator will play a key role in supporting major projects for Starship, including the hospital-wide digitalisation initiative.
Furthermore, the Programme Coordinator will contribute to the delivery of agreed outputs in all aspects of the programme, on time and on budget, utilising project management principles and methodology.
Scope includes:
Providing administrative support for the Projects, Pathways and Outcomes programme, including organising meetings, recording minutes, managing leave planners, and supporting team communications.Promoting the programme, sharing information, and developing communicationSupporting the project management and delivery of key projects, with a particular focus on Starships digital transformation (e.g., electronic documentation, form building, digital templates, and device roll-out).Assisting with the design, testing, and implementation of electronic forms and templates in collaboration with clinical services and IT teams.Collecting, aggregating, and reporting data and feedback to measure impact and inform decision making.Supporting programme team members with the development and formatting of documents, presentations, pathways, and posters.Coordinating and monitoring Quality Improvement (QI) activity across the Child Health Directorate, ensuring timely data distribution and effective communication relating to quality and equity.

About you
To be successful in this role, you will have:
