We’re looking for a Program Manager to lead the delivery of complex, cross-functional customer programs that span multiple teams, workstreams, and geographies.
This is a high-impact, high-trust role where you’ll drive strategic outcomes for our most important customers while building scalable delivery frameworks that empower project managers and elevate execution across the business.

Program Leadership
Own the delivery of multi-project programs aligned to strategic goals and customer success.
Build and maintain integrated plans, roadmaps, and governance models.
Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and execution challenges.
Guide project managers and delivery leads to ensure alignment and quality.
Deliver executive-level reporting with clear, data-driven insights.
Customer Engagement
Act as the strategic partner and escalation point for customer executives.
Build trusted relationships through insight, delivery excellence, and follow-through.
Lead executive steering committees and governance forums.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Align priorities across Product, Engineering, Operations, and Commercial teams.
Translate customer needs into structured execution plans.
Resolve ambiguity and drive clarity across stakeholders.
Process Excellence
Design and evolve scalable delivery frameworks using Jira as the central source of truth.
Standardize methodologies and governance for consistent execution.
Build dashboards and reporting artifacts for real-time visibility.
Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and best practice sharing.
Skills and Experience:
7+ years in program or large-scale project management (SaaS/tech preferred).
Proven success leading cross-functional programs with customer-facing outcomes.
Experience designing scalable delivery frameworks and governance models.
Strong stakeholder management and executive engagement skills.
Deep understanding of Agile, hybrid, and traditional delivery models.
Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, and other enterprise tools.
Tertiary qualification in business, engineering, or technology (preferred).
Experience in high-growth or global organizations is a strong plus
