Teletrac Navman is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) provider leveraging location-based technology that empowers people managing mobile assets to move their business forward with certainty.

**What you’ll be doing as a Program Coordinator:**
+ Develop standard processes and documentation for large Service led projects
+ Develop and maintain robust project resource schedules
+ Develop and provide project reporting to key project stakeholders
+ Maintain professional, timely and clear communication with installers, contractors, customers and others involved in the process
+ Develop processes to improve project scheduling and rollout timelines
+ Ensure orders, resource engagements are processed within a designated timeframe
+ Keep customers informed about installation schedules and manage solution implementation across multiple sites/premises
+ Lead and maintain records that relate to Service projects
You will be living within a commutable distance of the office located in Rosedale, Auckland, New Zealand.
There is potential for this position to be Hybrid working once training has been completed.
**What will help you to be successful in this role:**
• 3 + years of resource coordination in a project environment working directly with customers and technicians or engineers
• Industry recognized Project framework qualifications
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
• Ability to work autonomously
• High attention to detail and a strong ability to multi-task
• Time management & prioritization skills
• Working knowledge of GPS & fleet management technology is a bonus but not necessary
