Daily Tasks:
  • Supervise and lead a team to meet production goals.

  • Ensure compliance is met across with safety, and food safety standards.

  • Monitor operational performance and implement improvements where necessary.

  • Provide hands-on support to the team, fostering collaboration and productivity.

  • Oversee training and development to build team capability.
