Reporting to the Site Operations Manager, this position has a pivotal role that is responsible for the management and direction of multiple manufacturing lines and is accountable to ensure that all our production targets and delivery schedules are achieved with allocated resources, within agreed timelines.What you'll be responsible for:Championing Health & Safety and Food Safety cultures to drive GMP and ensure safe working practices are implemented.Managing, engaging, and developing a team of both direct and indirect (plus temp resources), including recruitment, performance management, driving employee engagement and coachingEnsuring all product standards are met and all quality control procedures are implemented, monitored, and auditedDriving the use of our internal IWS Lean methodology to ensure manufacturing excellence and to meet (and exceed!) agreed company targetsAbility to identify losses and opportunities that enhance productivity and drive operational efficiencies.What you'll bring to the role?
