For Context

Engineering @ Lightspeed
We build new features on top of a modern stack: web apps (Angular & React) talking to Go services through APIs, backed by databases and Kafka topics, all deployed to AWS via Docker in a continuous delivery cycle.

We ship changes to production every 7 minutes on average.

You don’t need to have experience with our specific technologies—we’re great at teaching good engineers how to thrive on our modern SaaS stack.

We work in an agile, iterative way, focused on continuous improvement, and foster a blameless culture where learning comes first.

Product Management @ Lightspeed
As a PM here, you’ll set product strategy and uncover opportunities for innovation.

Working closely with engineers and designers, you’ll make sure everyone understands the why and what behind the solutions we deliver to our customers.

Product Design @ Lightspeed
We believe that Product Design is a unique and niche discipline.

We believe that we're on the forefront of that discipline and are inventing the ways design and developer teams will be working in the future.

So we're focusing on hiring Product Designers that we can mentor and help develop into modern Product Designers who are operating at the cutting-edge and inventing the future of our industry.
