As a Product Manager, you'll combine your commercial and analytical expertise with your customer-first mindset to create and manage products that make a real impact.
Every day, you'll:
Lead strategic planning and execution for your product portfolio, driving best practice product management.
Shape and deliver go-to-market initiatives and product enhancements, including managing end-of-life product migrations.
Develop insights and analytic requirements to guide product decisions and inform strategy.
Monitor market trends — domestically and internationally — to ensure we stay ahead of the curve in the fast-moving payments landscape.
Build compelling commercial cases for transformation and optimisation, balancing customer needs with business outcomes.
Partner with stakeholders across Distribution, Technology, and Operations to deliver great results and manage risk effectively.
Ensure all products comply with regulatory obligations, internal policies, and risk frameworks.
Support the design and delivery of solutions that help customers manage cash flow.
You'll own and drive performance for your portfolio — improving product value, driving growth, managing risk, and strengthening ASB's position in the market.
Your ability to turn insights into action will help us continue delivering exceptional experiences for our customers.
You're a natural problem-solver who thrives on turning complexity into opportunity.
You'll also have:
At least 3 years' product management experience or equivalent B2B customer-facing experience.
Strong understanding of Corporate and Commercial customer payment needs.
Analytical expertise — able to work with qualitative, quantitative, and financial data.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence, negotiate, and collaborate effectively.
Strong attention to detail, prioritisation, and commercial acumen.
Financial analysis and strategic thinking capabilities.
Experience in product development, project management, or channel distribution.
(Bonus) Understanding of Customer Liquidity Management.
