We seek an industry expert ready to make an immediate impact.
The role will have a blend of Northland and outside the region focus, tailored to the successful candidate's expertise.
This position offers a great opportunity for a seasoned planner to leverage their skills in a supportive, collaborative environment, while making a significant impact on regional and national projects.Key Responsibilities IncludePlay a key role in the delivery and management of policy and/or consenting projects across SLR's client portfolio.Cultivating, maintaining, and expanding SLR's client relationshipsDriving project delivery within your areas of specialisationProviding leadership, technical support, and guidance to the teamUndertaking technical and peer reviews of reportsWork collaboratively and efficiently with the wider Planning team to meet team targets while meeting your own professional goalsSkills And ExperienceA professional qualification in resource management planning or other relevant degreeObtained or working towards full NZPI membership8-15+ years' experience in planning and resource managementExperience as a mentor and or coach to other consultantsStrong client relationship management skillsDemonstrated experience working in multidisciplinary project teamsDetail focused and ability to complete tasks on time and to budgetEffective communication with colleagues and clientsStrong commercial acumen and ability to seek new opportunitiesOur BenefitsWe are proud of our unique culture where we work together to collaborate on projects to get the best possible outcome for our clients.
