Overview
This role serves as a critical link between our technical innovations and business strategies within Atturra Managed Services.
As a specialized Presales Architect, you will be responsible for orchestrating the creation and delivery of cutting-edge solutions in Hybrid Cloud, Data Protection, and Business Continuity.
The role bridges technical and business units, crafting and managing our enterprise and digital architecture strategy for hybrid cloud infrastructure.
It requires a blend of strategic planning and hands-on design to align IT infrastructure with business goals, collaborating with virtual teams to develop and deliver innovative solutions to clients, and taking ownership of the process from concept to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development of hybrid cloud strategies, focusing on integration and seamless operation between on-premises infrastructure, private cloud services, and public cloud platforms.
Drive the design of resilient data protection and business continuity plans that meet evolving client needs and industry best practices.
Engage with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions that are fiscally responsible and strategically sound.
Oversee the creation of comprehensive solution documentation, ensuring that all technical solutions are clearly understood and can be effectively implemented.
Act as a subject matter expert during presales engagements, delivering presentations and demonstrations that showcase Plan B's capabilities in hybrid cloud and business continuity solutions.
Coordinate with product development and engineering teams to ensure offerings remain at the forefront of technological advancements and market demands.
Lead virtual teams to achieve project goals, fostering collaboration and innovation across different functional areas without direct management of staff.
Continuously update knowledge of the latest technologies and industry trends in cloud services, data protection, and business continuity.
Qualifications and Experience
What will make you successful in this role?
5+ years of practical experience in architecture and design of Data Protection Solutions, Hybrid Cloud and Business Continuity Plans and Management.
5+ years of practical work experience in a Cloud environment with hands-on experience.
5+ years of Infrastructure architecture and design.
Presales experience selling Cloud products in the Managed Services industry.
