As Practice Manager , you’ll play a key leadership role in guiding our team and ensuring smooth, efficient operations every day.

This is a full‑time, 9‑month fixed‑term role , ideal for someone who thrives on variety, teamwork, and meaningful impact.

Start date: Late December 2025 / Early January 2026

Hours:

  • Monday – Thursday : 7.45am to 4.30pm
  • Friday : 7.45am to 2.30pm

Job Description

How you’ll make an impact

As our Practice Manager , you’ll be the cornerstone of day‑to‑day operations—ensuring our practice runs smoothly, efficiently, and with heart.

You’ll lead a passionate team of clinicians and support staff, fostering a collaborative and professional environment where everyone can do their best work.

You’ll oversee financial performance, budgeting, and operational targets, while bringing energy and structure to everything from team management to patient experience.

Qualifications

What you’ll bring

  • Proven experience in team leadership or practice management (dental or medical background preferred but not essential).

  • Strong interpersonal and organisational skills , with the ability to balance priorities in a busy environment.

  • Confidence with financial management (budgets, targets, profit & loss).

  • A tech‑savvy, adaptable mindset and enthusiasm for learning new systems.

  • A positive, people‑focused approach to leadership.

  • Valid New Zealand work rights and current residency in New Zealand are essential.
