Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity
As Portfolio Programme Coordinator, you'll support three awesome Group Managers in our Technology Directorate—driving clarity and efficiency across governance, programme management, and strategic initiatives.
You'll manage calendars, coordinate meetings, prepare documentation, and liaise with stakeholders to keep our IT programmes running smoothly.
What You'll Do
Nā tāu rourou | What will you bring?
We're looking for a candidate with 2-3 years of experience in PMO or project coordination within a large organisation, who brings proven expertise in Portfolio, Programme, and Project Management frameworks such as MoP, P3O, PRINCE2, or MSP.
You will have strong understanding of corporate governance principles, excellent relationship management and communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Project and the Office Suite—including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint.
No task is too big or too small—you'll be someone who's ready to roll up your sleeves and get things done with a proactive, can-do attitude
