## Mo tenei turanga mahi | About this roleWe're looking for a Portfolio Delivery Lead to join our Business Improvement team in our Information Services group.
This is a permanent role based in our Te Whanganui-a-Tara (Wellington) office.
**Mo te turanga | About the role**This is a pivotal strategic role responsible for overseeing the Commission's Information Services (IS) project portfolio.
As the Portfolio Delivery Lead, you'll ensure robust governance, manage delivery risks, and provide expert advice to support the successful delivery of strategic initiatives.Reporting to the Business Improvement Manager, you'll act as the practice lead for IS projects, supporting project managers and delivery leads across the Commission.
You'll champion best practice in project management, enhance reporting quality, and build strong relationships to ensure alignment with organisational priorities.The indicative salary range for this role is $134,039 - $157,693 plus 3% KiwiSaver employer contribution.
The successful candidate will be appointed at a salary which reflects their individual skills, experience, and internal relativities across the organisation.

As our project management practice continues to evolve, you'll be comfortable navigating uncertainty, defining problems clearly, and influencing decision-makers to move initiatives forward.
