As a Policy Analyst you will deliver high‑quality, evidence‑based advice to improve health outcomes.
Your work will involve gathering and analysing information to inform policy analysis, developing and applying analytical skills to understand policy issues, and producing policy documents, including Aide Memoires and briefings for senior managers and Ministers.
You will build and leverage strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders within the Ministry and other agencies.
At Manatū Hauora – Ministry of Health we are the kaitiaki of the health system, providing leadership and driving strategy and performance.
We regulate the health sector and are the primary source of advice on health matters.
The Family and Community policy team covers a wide range of subject areas and collaborates closely with many partners to deliver advice to Ministers, leaders and parliament.
