We are looking for a sharp, results-driven Performance Manager with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in Paid Search and Paid Social (preferably within an agency).

If you live and breathe performance marketing, love digging into data, and can clearly explain what is working (and what’s not) without the fluff or jargon — we want to hear from you.
In this role, you’ll take full ownership of campaign execution, optimisation, and reporting for a varied portfolio of performance-focused clients.

You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to build smart, measurable digital strategies that drive real results.
